petite star zia October 24, 2009 A. Zavros My Daughter Is now 4 months old and has been In her petite star zia from birth.
I have found It to be great for whizzing Into small spaces I.E fitting rooms, lifts and narrow shopping aisles.
It Is very light which makes travelling with It great as It folds down really small and leaves room in the boot.
The only niggles I have with It are: The brake Is quite awkward to put on (It's hard to reach when In the reclining position) and the basket underneath Is really tiny and again un-accessable when my daughters in the pushchair. Also If I ever have to use public transport I have to keep hold of the handles as It can tip backwards on corners or when travelling fast on the train. Other than these few niggles which you get used to after a while It's a great little pushchair and I would rather have It than the larger bulkier models available as It generally makes life easier when being out and about.
mumof3 July 16, 2009 Dionne Martin (UK) i have 3 kids aged 10, 5 & 1.. over the years i have been buggy mad. tried them all at some point. but i must say i am very pleased with the petite star, its so light and easy to stear, i have used loads of buggies but this is the best iv used so far, folds away easily and fits in the car boot leaving plenty of space.
i am really pleased with this purchase.
i liked the fact that it lies back unlike the quinny buggy of the same style.
over all VERY PLEASED...

I brought this stroller for holiday, but love it so much am going to use it regularly soon. My baby is just 6 months old and think it will be better when she is sitting up fully unaided. The seat is large and comfy. She slept quite happily in it. It pushes lovely, so light. One concern, it does tip up with no baby in if you put anything on the handle bars. (This only happened when my husband pushed the pram, so I can't be sure why). The suspension is also great. I have read reviews that it is not robust enough for continual use, but it looks fine to me. I have had many pushchairs and strollers in the past (3 kids), so I am confident in saying that this is a good choice for a stroller, but I would not use for newborn. I am a new Zia fan

ibought this as my silvercross pop was on its way out wanted something lighter and easier to push..
the delivery was great came in two days really promt.
the pushchair itself is lovely althoug i have to agree with other people that it was brighter than the pics online but i was glad as its lovelynot a boring red or anything. also i expected the wheels to be more plasticky but they werent which is good... really smotth to push and has a really wide seat, i had a mamas and papas luna before too and find it quite similar to this... the basket isnt massive u get the raincover in and maybe a couple of bits and bobs but no less the my pop really..
i think the design for the seat recline could be a bit better but spose its new and ill get used to it..
also when i first tried to fit the raincover i couldnt get it to fit untill i realised it actually goes over the handles : D
i have a feeling that it may easily be kicked off at the bottom by my 16month old daughter but i dont go out in the rain much anyway....
overall im very happy with my product lovely colour overall a good stroller my partner loves it to and for a light 3 wheeler thing it feels really sturdy, more sturdy than my silvercross pop actually....
i would reccommend this product to anyone .....
Petite Star Zia April 16, 2009 Ms. M. Scott (Newton-Le-Willows, England) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought the Petite star Zia because I needed a pram that was easy to take on trains and buses as my normal pram wasnt suitable for this. Overall I am happy with it. I like the design and it is lightweight and easily foldable, I can fold it while holding my 11 month old baby. I love the colour cranberry and was very happy to see it was more pink in colour than I thought as it looks quite red on the computer picture. Negative points about this pram are that the raincover is hard to put on and seems to be the wrong shape, almost too small for it. The basket is small but thats expected for these types of prams. It is also almost impossible to access the basket when you have the baby in the lying position so generally I dont put things in it. The raincover only just about fits in the basket. The pram does what I need it to do so generally happy with it.
